Section Env-Wq 403.28 - Groundwater Monitoring(a) Any groundwater monitoring required pursuant to Env-Wq 403.26(c) shall be conducted in accordance with (b) through (f), below.(b) Water levels at the wellhead and at such other observation points as were identified pursuant to Env-Wq 403.26 shall be monitored at a frequency sufficient to complete an evaluation of potential impacts associated with the withdrawal.(c) Volumes withdrawn from the permitted withdrawal shall be monitored at a frequency appropriate to assess the potential impacts associated with a withdrawal.(d) The operating parameters of other water uses that might be contributing to impacts to water resources within the potential impact area shall be monitored, including: (1) Water levels at wellheads;(2) Operating schedules; and(e) Water quality of other water uses that might be influenced by the withdrawal shall be monitored at a frequency appropriate to assess the potential for impacts to occur as a result of the withdrawal.(f) When groundwater monitoring includes water level monitoring, the monitoring point locations and reference point elevations shall be established in accordance with Env-Wq 403.30.N.H.
