Section Env-Wq 403.18 - Contamination Source and Water Resource and Use Inventory Updates and Revisions(a) The applicant shall update the preliminary contamination source inventory completed in accordance with Env-Wq 403.10 if the inventory is more than 90 days old.(b) The applicant shall update the preliminary water resource and use inventory completed in accordance with Env-Wq 403.11 if the inventory is more than 90 days old.(c) The applicant shall revise the preliminary contamination source inventory and water resource and use inventory to reflect any expansion or decrease in the estimated limits of the cone of depression and potential impact area after the conceptual hydrologic model is refined in accordance with Env-Wq 403.17.(d) The applicant shall present the updated and revised inventories in the final report prepared in accordance with Env-Wq 403.20.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wq 403.18
