Section Env-Wq 402.37 - Transfer of Discharge Registrations If ownership of a facility having a discharge registration is transferred, then:
(a) The registrant shall provide to the department the new owner's name, mailing address, and daytime telephone number in writing at least 10 days but not more than 30 days prior to the transfer; and(b) The new facility owner shall register the discharge with the department in accordance with Env-Wq 402.34 within 30 days after the transfer.N.H.
