Section Env-Wq 402.32 - Temporary Permit Application Processing(a) Within 30 days of receipt of a completed application, the department shall issue a written decision to grant or deny the requested temporary permit.(b) If the decision is to grant the permit, the issued permit shall be non-renewable and valid for no more than 4 months.(c) The department shall grant the permit if it determines that the application demonstrates compliance with Env-Wq 402.30.(d) As part of the permit conditions, soil or groundwater analysis shall be required following cessation of the temporary discharge if necessary to demonstrate compliance with these rules.N.H.
