Section Env-Wq 402.17 - Fee(a) Subject to (c), below, the applicant shall submit the fee required by RSA 485-A:13-a with each application for a new permit or a permit renewal.(b) If paid by check or money order, the instrument shall be payable to "Treasurer - State of NH".(c) Political subdivisions of New Hampshire shall be exempt from the fee specified in (a), above.N.H.
