Section Env-Wq 402.06 - Ambient Groundwater Quality Standards (AGQS)(a) As specified in RSA 485-C:6, ambient groundwater quality standards (AGQS) shall apply to all regulated contaminants that result from human operations or activities, but not to naturally-occurring regulated contaminants at naturally-occurring levels.(b) AGQS shall be as set forth in Env-Or 603.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wq 402.06
