Section Env-Wq 305.19 - Discharge Permits Not Required for New Technology TrialsA discharge request and permit shall not be required for a trial of a new technology provided that:
(a) The trial will not last longer than 4 months; and(b) No discharge from the indirect discharger at which the trial is occurring is likely to cause a violation of:(1) The indirect discharger's existing discharge permit from the municipality; or(2) Any requirements of the municipality's sewer use ordinance or any other applicable state, federal, or local requirements.N.H.
