Section Env-Wq 301.05 - Signature Required(a) The applicant and, if the applicant is other than the owner of the facility, the owner shall sign the application submitted pursuant to Env-Wq 301.04.(b) The signature(s) shall constitute certification that:(1) The information provided is true, complete, and not misleading to the knowledge and belief of the signer; and(2) The signer understands that any permit granted based on false, incomplete, or misleading information shall be subject to revocation.N.H.
