Section Env-Wq 2207.02 - Designation of Approved Provider

The department shall designate an organization as an approved provider for the proposed curriculum if the information submitted demonstrates that the curriculum will impart the information necessary for attendees to become knowledgeable in the areas identified in Env-Wq 2204.01.
