Section Env-Wq 2101.18 - Requirements for Agricultural Water Use

Each owner of a conservation system that uses the majority of its water for agricultural water use shall:

(a) Implement irrigation processes in accordance with the 1998 edition of the Irrigation Best Management Practices for Agriculture in New Hampshire, published by the department of agriculture, markets and food; and

(b) Register and report water use to the department in accordance with Env-Wq 2102.
