Section Env-Wq 1703.04 - Class-Specific Criteria(a) In addition to the general water quality criteria specified in Env-Wq 1703.03, the class-specific criteria specified in Env-Wq 1703.05 through Env-Wq 1703.33 shall apply to all surface waters unless otherwise specifically allowed by a statute, rule, order, or permit.(b) The surface waters in each classification shall satisfy all criteria applicable to the lower classification(s).N.H.
