Section Env-Wq 1612.07 - Reporting Requirements for a R&D ProjectThe R&D project permit holder shall:
(a) Submit an annual report to the department by the last business day of January for each previous calendar year in which the permit is valid, prepared by the lead investigator, which summarizes the work completed and provides a summary of all data generated;(b) Within 3 months following the termination of the project, submit to the department a project summary report prepared by the lead investigator including a summary of the project, a summary of all data generated, and a discussion of the results of the study;(c) Submit a copy of any articles or drafts of articles if the project will be the subject of an article for publication; and(d) Submit copies of all data generated when required to support any project finding that will be used to obtain another permit, permit exemption, permit modification or waiver to any solid waste or hazardous waste rule.N.H.
