Section Env-Wq 1611.06 - I/A Permit Fee(a) Subject to (b) and (c) below, a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $1,000 shall be paid for each application for issuance or renewal of an I/A permit to mix, treat, process, or dispose of septage.(b) Any New Hampshire political subdivision that applies for an I/A permit shall be exempt from the fee specified in (a) above.(c) Any I/A site or facility that has a written agreement to accept septage from a municipality in compliance with RSA 485-A:5-b shall be allowed a $200 reduction in the fee specified in (a) above, for each municipality with a maximum reduction of $1,000 for 5 municipalities.(d) The fee, if paid by check or money order, shall be made payable to "Treasurer - State of NH."N.H.
