Section Env-Wq 1609.11 - Soil Testing for Facilities(a) Soil test pit(s) shall be taken initially, at a depth of at least 48 inches, within the footprint of the proposed facility for each soil mapping unit shown on the soil map required by Env-Wq 1609.01(c)(5).(b) One soil test pit shall be taken, at a depth of at least 4 feet, for each area proposed for stockpiling.(c) An analysis of the soil test pits required in (a) and (b) above shall be performed and shall include a description of the soil profile characteristics, depth to seasonal high water table, and depth to bedrock or other restrictive layer.N.H.
