Section Env-Wq 1608.14 - Record Keeping(a) Every site permit holder shall maintain records of each load of septage received at the site, including identification of:(2) The name and permit number of the hauler delivering the load;(3) The volume of each load of septage received in gallons;(4) The name and address of the person(s) from which the material originates; and(5) The date land applied and the amount spread on each field.(b) The site permit holder shall retain all site plans, management plans, and records generated during the period of permitted activity for a minimum of 5 years after the expiration of the site permit(s) to which they relate.N.H.
