Section Env-Wq 1606.07 - Renewal of a Permit-by-Notification

Any person to whom a permit-by-notification for a septage holding tank was issued who wishes to renew the permit-by-notification shall apply pursuant to Env-Wq 1606.02(b) and submit the fee required by Env-Wq 1606.04, as applicable, at least 15 days prior to expiration of the permit.
