Section Env-Wq 1602.42 - Transfer"Transfer" means:
(a) For purposes of land ownership, the conveyance of a fee simple interest in real estate; or(b) For purposes of permit ownership, a change in the ownership or operational control of a person holding a permit, or a change in an individual holding a permit, as follows: (1) For a partnership, a change in the majority of general partners;(2) For a corporation, the conveyance of all corporate assets or of a majority of voting shares to a new person;(3) For other organizations, a transfer of the control of the organization to a new person; and(4) For an individual, transfer of control to another person.N.H.
