Section Env-Wq 1509.09 - Decision on Deadline Extension Requests(a) The department shall notify the person requesting the deadline extension of its decision in writing.(b) If the request is denied, the department shall identify the specific reason(s) for the denial in the notice sent pursuant to (a), above.(c) If the request is granted, the department shall establish the new deadline in the notice sent pursuant to (a), above.N.H.
