Section Env-Wq 1509.02 - Waiver Requests(a) An applicant for a permit or a permit holder who is or would be directly and adversely affected by the strict application of a rule in Env-Wq 1500 may request a waiver thereof.(b) Each request for a waiver shall be filed in writing and contain the information specified in Env-Wq 1509.03.(c) Any request for a waiver that relates to an application for an AOT permit shall be submitted with the application or as soon thereafter as the need for the waiver is identified by the applicant or the department.N.H.
