Section Env-Wq 1503.16 - Revisions to Applications(a) Prior to a decision being made on an application, the applicant may substitute a revised plan for the plan submitted with the application only if the revisions do not materially alter the scope or nature of the project.(b) If a revision proposed by the applicant materially alters the scope or nature of the project, the applicant shall file a new application.N.H.
