"Disconnected impervious cover" means impervious cover that directs stormwater runoff to on-site pervious cover to infiltrate into the soil or be filtered by overland flow such that the stormwater does not contribute directly to runoff from a site, such that the net rate and volume of stormwater runoff from the disconnected impervious cover is not greater than the rate and volume from undisturbed cover of equal area.
