Section Env-Wq 1501.03 - Calculation of Time(a) Subject to (b), below, if any deadline or time period established in these rules falls or ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or other day on which state offices are closed, the deadline or time period shall be extended to the first following day on which state offices are open.(b) A deadline or time period established by statute shall be extended only if the statute expressly provides for such an extension.N.H.
