Section Env-Wq 1410.01 - Definitions(a) "Historic", for purposes of Env-Wq 1410.03(a) and Env-Wq 1410.05(b), means the time period from 1971 to the date of the application or such longer period as the applicant designates.(b) "Applicant" means the entity that is eligible under RSA 483-B:12, I or IV to apply for, and that does apply for, an urbanized shoreland exemption.N.H.
