Section Env-Wq 1403.03 - Construction Within the Protected Shoreland(a) All impacts related to construction shall be completely contained within the area of disturbance allowed by RSA 483-B:9, V(b)(2)(A) as appropriate given the area of the lot within the natural woodland buffer.(b) Within 3 days of final grading or temporary suspension of work in an area that is in the protected shoreland, all exposed soil areas shall be stabilized by:(1) Seeding and mulching, if during the growing season;(2) If not within the growing season, by mulching with tack or netting; or(3) With an alternative method of temporary stabilization as specified in Env-Wq 1500.(c) A maximum of 150 square feet of retaining wall may be excluded from the calculation of impervious area, provided the wall has a footprint of 12 inches or less in width.N.H.
