Section Env-Wq 1309.08 - Required Reports(a) The grant recipient shall submit a written report to the department at the completion of the project.(b) The report required by (a), above, shall include: (1) A description of any deviations or modifications to the project as described in the application were made, and if so, why;(2) A detailed explanation of the findings of the study, formatted as either a technical report or as a scientific paper manuscript, including sections for introduction, methods, results and a discussion of findings, as well tables and figures as may be appropriate to relay data collected as part of the study;(3) Whether the goals of the project were achieved, and if not achieved, the likely reason(s) why; and(4) The final actual budget for the project, highlighting any amendments made during the course of the project, and including the types and amount of match contributed towards the grant.N.H.
