Section Env-Wq 1302.17 - Public bodies of water

"Public bodies of water" means:

(a) Public waters as defined in RSA 271:20;

(b) Any impoundment of a stream, lake, pond, or tidal or marine waters of 10 acres or more; and

(c) Any other body of water owned by the state or by a state agency or department.
