Section Env-Wq 1203.06 - Control Manholes(a) A property owner discharging industrial wastes through a service connection shall install a control manhole, together with such meters and other appurtenances in the service connection as are needed to facilitate observation, sampling, and measurement of wastes.(b) The control manhole, including all monitoring and sampling equipment, shall be: (1) Accessible at all times;(3) Installed and maintained by the property owner at the property owner's expense.N.H.
