Section Env-Wq 1203.01 - Permit Required Prior to Disturbing Public Sewers(a) Subject to (b), below, no person shall uncover, connect with, make any opening into or use, alter, or disturb in any manner any public sewer or any part of the sewer or service connection without first obtaining a written connection permit from the community in which the sewer is located.(b) In the event that a proposed connection is directly to the WRBP system, the applicant shall obtain a WRBP connection permit application from the community and submit it to the WRBP in accordance with Env-Wq 1203.03.N.H.
