Section Env-Wq 1202.26 - Indirect discharge

"Indirect discharge" means the introduction of pollutants into the POTW from any industrial source regulated under Section 307(b), (c), or (d) of the federal Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. (CWA).
