Section Env-Wq 1115.05 - Review of Requests(a) Upon receiving a complete request as specified in Env-Wq 1115.02, with or without the optional information as specified in Env-Wq 1115.04, the department shall review the request.(b) The department shall approve the proposed equivalent program if the department determines that the proposed program is equivalent to the department's.(c) The department shall inform the applicant of its decision in writing.
