Section Env-Wq 1108.16 - PBF Water Circulation(a) The owner of a PBF shall operate the circulation system continuously during the operating season.(b) Circulation shall be adequate to maintain water quality standards as specified in Env-Wq 1108.12 and Env-Wq 1108.13.N.H.
