Section Env-Wq 1107.02 - PBF Supervision(a) The owner shall allow public use of a PBF only when a pool operator is available to respond to equipment malfunctions and other emergencies within 20 minutes of being notified by patrons or the owner of the malfunction or emergency.(b) The pool operator designated by the owner pursuant to (a), above, shall: (1) Maintain the quality of the water at the facility;(2) Have access to and be knowledgeable of the PBF circulation and disinfection systems; and(3) As of January 1, 2022, either: b. Be trained and supervised by a CPO.(c) If a lifeguard or other individual to enforce safety standards will not be present at a PBF, the owner shall post a sign at all access points notifying patrons of the absence of a lifeguard.N.H.
