The buyer(s) shall agree to and sign and date the following statement on the "Site Assessment Form" or on the update to the Site Assessment Form, if applicable, at the time of the closing:
I/we certify that I/we have reviewed this Site Assessment Form and understand the information contained herein and that I/we have received a copy of this Site Assessment Form.
