Section Env-Wq 1024.02 - Definitions(a) "Conventional technology" means: (1) For effluent disposal, a conventional pipe-and-stone system, as defined in Env-Wq 1002.16, installed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Env-Wq 1000; or(2) For treatment tanks, a standard septic tank as defined in Env-Wq 1002.61, installed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Env-Wq 1010.(b) "Director" means the director of the department's division of water.(c) "Innovative/Alternative waste treatment" as defined in RSA 485-A:2, XXI, includes ISDS that incorporate technology approved pursuant to this part.(d) "ITA applicant" means the person seeking approval of proposed technology or an updated manual in accordance with this part.(e) "Innovative/alternative technology approval (ITA)" means an approval issued by the department pursuant to Env-Wq 1024.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-Wq 1024.02
