Section Env-Wq 1014.09 - Separation Distances on Sloping Sites

A portion of a bed proposed for a sloped site may be as close as 24 inches above impermeable substratum or SHWT, provided that at least 50% of the bed area meets the requirements established by Env-Wq 1014.07 and Env-Wq 1014.08.
