Section Env-Wq 1008.11 - Recordation of Descriptive Location of Well(a) Any time the recognized protective well radius is less than the radius specified in Env-Wq 1008.06, the applicant shall record a narrative description of the actual location of the well which shall include distances and directions from at least 2 permanent features of the lot, such as an iron pin marking a corner boundary or structure foundation.(b) The description so prepared shall: (1) Comply with the requirements of RSA 478:4-a; and(2) Be recorded by the owner in the chain of title to the property.N.H.
