Section Env-Wq 1006.07 - Refill of Test Pits(a) Subject to (b), below, each test pit shall be refilled by the end of the day in which it was dug.(b) Any test pit that will not be refilled by the end of the day in which it was dug shall be: (1) Covered with a solid material such as planks or plywood to prevent accidental entry into the test pit; and(2) Filled in as promptly as possible.N.H.
