Section Env-Wq 1004.11 - Use of Installer's Permit Number(a) Each permitted installer shall be responsible for all construction or other installation activities performed under his or her permit number.(b) All construction or other installation activities conducted using a particular installer's permit number shall be performed under that installer's supervision.(c) All construction or other installation activities shall be conducted so as to comply with applicable requirements in these rules.N.H.
