Section Env-Wq 1004.03 - Other State Approvals(a) If an ISDS construction proposal requires state approvals or permits under other state statutes in order to be constructed in accordance with the plans, but is submitted without copies of those permits or approvals, the department shall not approve the application until information is received by the department confirming that the other approvals have been obtained.(b) Where a subdivision is proposed to be served by a new public water system, the department shall not grant subdivision approval until the source, quality, quantity, storage, and design of distribution system have received prior approval pursuant to RSA 485 and all applicable rules in subtitle Env-Dw.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Wq 1004.03
