Section Env-Wq 1003.16 - Additional Requirements If Encroachment Waiver Requested(a) Prior to submitting an ISDS application that contains a request for an encroachment waiver, the applicant shall comply with the notice requirements of RSA 485-A:30-a.(b) If an applicant requests an encroachment waiver for a design requirement, the requested encroachment waiver shall be clearly identified on the plans at the location where the waiver would apply.N.H.
