Section Env-WMC 205.08 - Exhibits(a) Where evidence to be presented consists of numerical or graphic data and such evidence would make oral presentation difficult to follow, such evidence shall be presented in exhibit form. Exhibits may be summarized, supplemented, and explained.(b) Space shall be provided in the upper right hand corner of each exhibit for the insertion of the number of the exhibit and the name of the witness through whom it is presented.(c) The party offering an exhibit shall supply the original and 20 copies thereof to the council and shall provide a copy to all other parties, unless exempted under Env-WMC 205.07(d).N.H.
