Section Env-WMC 204.05 - Intervenors(a) A request to intervene in an appeal shall be filed in accordance with RSA 541-A:32, I and Env-WMC 203.09(b).(b) The council, or, if an expedited review has been requested, the presiding officer, shall consider and grant or deny all petitions for intervenor status in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A:32.(c) The order issued pursuant to RSA 541-A:32, V shall specify the extent to which the intervenor shall be considered a party for purposes of these rules.N.H.
