Section Env-WMC 204.01 - Time for Filing of Appeals

An appeal shall be filed within 30 days of the date the decision being appealed was issued, as evidenced by the date on the decision. As specified in Env-WMC 203.09, the appeal shall be deemed to have been filed on the date it is received by the appeals clerk.
