Section Env-WMC 203.08 - Computation of Time(a) All time periods referenced in these rules shall be calendar days unless otherwise specified.(b) Computation of any period of time referred to in these rules shall begin with the first day following the day on which the act or other occurrence which initiates such period of time occurs, and shall include the last day of the period so computed.(c) If the last day of the period so computed falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday, then the time shall be extended to include the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday, or state legal holiday.N.H.
