Section Env-WC 203.05 - Intervenors(a) A request to intervene in an appeal shall be filed in accordance with RSA 541-A:32, I and Env-WC 202.06(b).(b) The council shall consider and grant or deny all petitions for intervenor status in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A:32.(c) The order issued pursuant to RSA 541-A:32, V shall specify the extent to which the intervenor shall participate in the proceeding.(d) Once granted leave to intervene, an intervenor shall take the proceeding as he or she finds it and no portion of the proceeding shall be repeated because of the fact of intervention.N.H.
