Section Env-WC 202.08 - Address Updates(a) Any participant in an appeal and any person who has filed a motion for reconsideration shall maintain a current mailing address and daytime telephone number and, if available, a fax number and e-mail address, on file with the appeals clerk until completion of the matter.(b) For purposes of this section, "completion of the matter" means the later of: (1) The expiration of the time period allowed by law for appealing the subject decision, if no appeal is filed within that time; or(2) The date of the final decision on the last appeal taken.N.H.
