Section Env-Sw 903.04 - Disposal Requirements(a) The disposal of contaminated soils shall occur only at authorized facilities.(b) Prior to disposal, contaminated soils shall be tested in accordance with Env-Sw 903.07 and the receiving facility's permit.(c) Contaminated soil from out-of-state shall not be disposed in a NH landfill if it fails the disposal criteria of its state of origin.N.H.
