Section Env-Sw 903.01 - Applicability(a) Except as provided by (b), below, the rules in this part shall apply to the management of soils with contamination, as defined in Env-Or 602.07, that are not regulated as hazardous waste.(b) The rules in this part shall not apply to contaminated soils managed on-site pursuant to Env-Or 600.N.H.
