Section Env-Sw 601.01 - Applicability(a) The rules in this chapter shall apply to processing/treatment (P/T) facilities, as defined in Env-Sw 104, that produce compost from solid waste, hereinafter referred to as composting facilities.(b) The requirements in this chapter shall apply as the complement of the P/T requirements in Env-Sw 500.N.H.
