Section Env-Sw 313.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The rules in this part shall specify requirements for obtaining an emergency facility permit.(b) An emergency facility permit shall apply to facilities which operate for a limited period of time in response to any emergency for which no other readily available response exists and for which a delayed response to obtain another type of permit will result in an unnecessary risk to public health, safety or the environment.N.H.
